On Harry Potter...
I saw the newest installment of the Harry Potter series yesterday. Let me first start by saying I was entertained by it. I liked it. And now a couple of best and worsts.
Best:
Accent - Katie Leung who plays Cho Chang. An asian girl with a scottish accent...yes, thank you.
New portrayal of an existing character: Professor Flitwick (Warwick Davis) is no longer white and fluffy, but dark and greasy. Very much an improvement, especially the handlebar.
"Scary" moment: Wormtail cutting off his own hand. Very creepy.
Worst:
Cameo appearance: Sirius Black is "in" the film for all of 3 minutes and that not even bodily. Sad.
Overall character: Rita Skeeter. One word sums up this woman - Annoying.
New character: Barty Crouch Jr. - David Tennant should be ashamed of the way this character was protrayed. He could have been Über scary, but turned out mediocre at best.
